Job responsibilities
Product Strategy:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy aligned with the company's business objectives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
- Define the product vision, mission, and value proposition.
Product Development:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and sales, to define product requirements and features.
- Create detailed product roadmaps and prioritize features.
- Oversee the development process, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
Product Management:
- Monitor product performance metrics and analyze user feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Continuously iterate on the product to enhance user experience and drive adoption.
- Manage product lifecycle, including end-of-life decisions
Customer Focus:
- Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and pain points.
- Represent the voice of the customer within the organization.
- Ensure that products meet the evolving needs of our clients.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Manager in the fintech or wealth management industry.
- Strong understanding of wealth management products and services.
- Deep knowledge of product management methodologies and tools.
