We're seeking a talented and experienced Product Designer to help us shape our product and craft delightful user experiences.
Job responsibilities
- Conduct user research to understand the needs, behaviors, and pain points of our users, including financial advisors and their clients.
- Translate research findings into design solutions, creating wireframes, prototypes, and user flows.
- Design and iterate on high-fidelity user interface (UI) mockups for our web applications.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency and technical feasibility.
- Lead design reviews and present your work to stakeholders, providing clear rationale and data-backed insights.
- Maintain and evolve our design system to ensure a scalable and cohesive user experience across all platforms.
- Design the corporate website.
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines and visual identity.
- Create marketing collateral, including brochures, banners, and social media graphics.
Job Requirements
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a Product Designer, UX/UI Designer, or a similar role.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating a deep understanding of user experience design, including problem-solving, information architecture, and visual design skills.
- Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Experience designing for complex systems or enterprise-level applications. Experience in FinTech or wealth management is a significant plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to articulate design decisions and receive feedback constructively.
- A solid understanding of responsive design and accessibility standards.
- Strong proficiency with AI design tools
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with user testing methodologies and A/B testing.
- Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to better collaborate with engineers.
- Familiarity with financial concepts and terminology (e.g., portfolio management, asset allocation, performance reporting).
