Product Manager

Job Responsibilites
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to define product requirements, user stories, and success metrics.
- Build and maintain agile product roadmaps, balancing strategic goals with technical feasibility and market demands.
- Lead sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release coordination.
- Monitor KPIs, user behavior, and feedback to measure product performance and identify improvement opportunities.
- Own post-launch evaluation, including impact assessment, stakeholder reporting, and support for go-to-market activities.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for product-related matters across engineering, compliance, sales, and client success.
- Communicate product progress, trade-offs, and outcomes effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, or related field.
- 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in fintech, financial services, or B2B SaaS.
- Proven success in launching and scaling digital products in agile environments.
- Excellent communication, prioritization, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Some backend engineering experience will be an advantage, such as working with databases like MongoDB and MySQL, and an understanding of microservices architecture, REST APIs, and event-driven systems using Kafka.
